With the clients signed affidavit and approval, all legal accounts are forwarded for suit after all other collection attempts are completed and sufficient assets have been determined.

State administrative code rule prohibits in-house legal counsel for collection agencies. Normal procedures for litigation will not apply to out-of-state suits. Since referrals will be against non-residents, it will be necessary to retain local council in the area of the debtors' residence.
